BIR best of breed

BIR best of breedI have looked over other gas producers like PEY ($1.2 billion debt) and Whitecap ($2 billion debt) and some others.BIR has the cleanest balance sheet of the bunch. This will be reflected as a premium multiple when the gas price recovers and makes BIR best of breed. The inserest rate matters to all others, but BIR can survive high rates for ever with near zero debt. The management of BIR is outstanding stewards of capital allocation. If gas prices recover to $7 or $8 that profit falls right to the bottom line and then gets sent out to shareholders. In such a case it is very possible to see $20 if the clean balance sheet does not attract a take over. With Freeport and LNG Canada coming on line a wave of M&A will hit the gas sector in 23/24.Sit back HOLD your shares tight and enjoy a 9% div that is only going to grow.
