RE:RE:RE:RE:ARMOYAN BUYS DEBENTURES KEEPS G.A.   wins  if   SLAM   issues   units  ,  or   pays  off  the bonds with cash  ,  or  abides  by  the  new terms   he dictates  to SLAM.   It   may   be questionable   whether   SLAM   can   trigger   the   receivership    option   since    the    option  to issue   units   is   always   available   assuming the cash one is not.   Since   SOT    issued    units   in the past  at  about   5.00   ,   they  may have  little   care   about     issuing    units   at    4.00 to 4.20.
