Also...Keep in mind that it would make sense for F to sell this deal to us... Even maybe having paid people on these forums, I have no idea.  

But if we need financing, why did it have to be F.?   They already know what they have here, but why not develop it at 18 cents a share, as they know they will pay more later.

And the yes voters seem to think we can't finance any other way... Like they have for so many years... Of course we can.

If F offered a real premium then fine, but their interests are not fully aligned with ours....  Not when over 20 percent. 

 If this vote looks like a No, I expect F to raise it to 22 cents or so.   If a yes they just laugh and says thanks!
