But if we need financing, why did it have to be F.? They already know what they have here, but why not develop it at 18 cents a share, as they know they will pay more later.
And the yes voters seem to think we can't finance any other way... Like they have for so many years... Of course we can.
If F offered a real premium then fine, but their interests are not fully aligned with ours.... Not when over 20 percent.
If this vote looks like a No, I expect F to raise it to 22 cents or so. If a yes they just laugh and says thanks!
right on. I think the stockhouse boards understand this awful deal. Unfortunately there are plenty investors (disinterested) that are please to get 10% return. Unfortunately longterm holders (interested) are the only ones that recognize this selloff of the mine for peanuts....wrong...less than peanuts.
F would settle for $1.00 a share, but the stock price just doesn't move. Management is fowling this up again, for the company to sell at 1.00 the stock price needs to get to 70 minimum and it just won't.
There is no promotion, no story to tell, no effort to move the stock price. F knows this so 50 cents or less...35 cents selloff?
VOTE NO!!!!
