The Blawn Project comprises 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

1.The time it's taking to get confirmation
2, When I called I think it was Andrew's wife that answered not a secretary as I would have expected
3. I did not get a call back

So I left because the whole thing seemed kinda weak
