IMO, YES

ON the other hand market makers are setting or droping sh. price from 64 + to $ 61- is prbably to accomodate large institution buy orders (in the black market) at the low price

once institutions fill their buy orders... price will jump above $64

i may be wrong,

but that is what i suspect as there is no logical reason for that drop after bbd announced excellent prelim. results
