Ridgeback Liabilities

Does anyone know how much labilities were on the Ridgeback books in terms of required P&A commitments? SOIL currently has its hands full with the prior purchase of the Oxbow assets and if commodities are to weaken in the future this could possibly mean significant headwinds? Thoughts?
