Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. The Company is engaged in the development of its xB 3 platform, which is a peptide-based technology, for the transport of therapeutic agents, in particular biological products, across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). But again, Jd, what happens now? No doubt Rathjen and the management has been a disaster. We can argue whether the platform has value yadda, yadda, yadda. However, at this point, Rathjen is your CEO. You is incapable of doing anything.The company's white knight has backed out. BTI has no money. BTI seemingly has no one coming in to save them. BTI has debt that is coming due very soon. They can't pay it. So what happens. I say the company announces its winding down is business activities and will shut down. Maybe we never know whether xb3 worked or had any utility. Maybe this is just one of those companies that just dies.
