RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This is why i love this board Bioasis must raise money. Without money it's over. I listed the ways that Bioasis may be able to raise money. 

It's up to the shareholders to choose who can be trusted to attempt it. There is no guarantee that anybody can do it.

If Rathjen is left to do it then would she not shop it it in the manner you might hope?

How about selling Bioasis outright to Armistice or somebody like that? Take it private..

If that deal is shopped, and Armistice is willing to pay 20¢, would shareholders take that and walk away, even if Rathjen was included in the deal?

20¢ looks pretty good against 3¢, doesn't it? It looks even better against Lind calling in the Bioasis assets.
 
Will Rathjen be given a chance to do that?

I'm just saying that something like that may be in the works and pulled off.

But then, if it happens, could it have been the elusive Plan B all along?

I guess the real question comes down to a simple one. Has Bioasis been so badly damaged by Rathjen that the only way out is for shareholders to agree to anything she wants?
