RE:RE:RE:Gold Markets Start with a BANG !!

RE:RE:RE:Gold Markets Start with a BANG !!We are in a war thats not being talked about. The shortages we are facing in most every sector are not by coincidence. Covid is not the reason. In every sector Canada is faced with not only a supply of product but most important labor. Likely the US is no different. Is it the age of the baby boomers that went into retirement because of Covid. Perhaps that is a large part. mere demographics. I believe the reason for a lot of the shortages is countries like China are trying to break the back of the economy... whats crazy is every retailer out there is looking for opportunity to cream the consumer. I was at Benjamin Moore the other day and my faviourite yellow Frog tape had jumped from $12 to near 20$ in the past few months.. These jumps are not like a few percentage points they are major unprecedented  jumps.. why not just double the price when and where you see fit ?? this is a major squeeze being put on the consumer. what happens when inflation hits the pocket so deep that the average houshold can't pay the the mortgage because the grocery bill is formost. With the increase on mortgage payments my suspicion is the banks may start owning homes like in the 80's. If history repeats itself The Banks will be needing to be bailed out if we end up with a collapse in real estate anything close to the 80's.. The size of the mortgages are only 9times higher than in the 80's lol.

This will all come to an end, but the end may not be a very pleasant scene. Let's hope we at least get a run on stocks in the Gold sector this year so we have enough cash to buy that next roll of tape :)
