Primary Symbol: SVV

Savers Value Village, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, sells second-hand merchandise in retail stores located in the United States (U.S.), Canada and Australia. Its segments include U.S. Retail and Canada Retail. It provides low-priced merchandise ranging from clothing to home goods in a treasure-hunt shopping environment. It then processes, selects, put price, merchandise and sells these items in its stores. The items that are not sold to its retail customers are marketed to wholesale customers, who reuse or repurpose the items they purchase from the Company. It operates over 326 stores under the Savers, Value Village, Village des Valeurs, Unique and 2nd Ave. banners. It also owns a thrift store chain with seven locations in Georgia.

RE:Getting The Ball Rolling!

RE:Getting The Ball Rolling!I must say this is a lovely depiction of a gold thesis. Although I do agree with some of what you wrote and can not agree totally. Case in point, I am never sure on how the FED will respond going forward. As for recession, we all know the market will sell off drastically if that happens and gold sells off also. If the Politicians allow the debt to default then GOLD goes directly NORTH to some ridiculous value like $3,000 or higher. This would create panic in the world markets and the powers to be will not allow that to happen but the USA has idiots in power so the posibility looms.
