They are all Annual and Special meetings, including last years meeting.
Votes are usually to confirm the Board of Directors positions, which practically never fail.

I am not suggesting they should fail, just saying they dont normally without a shareholder uprising, which i do not know of here.

Its very possible there is not anything new at that meeting, although nothing precludes that I suppose.
