More importantly: A buyout is in the work; $0.22/share
Price has been held down to 0.075 for 6 weeks now.
This has been a very unsual trading with no price fluctuations.
CEO has been radio-silent as they can't disclose anything until the offer is being made public.
Brokers behind this deal won't let the price go higher, as soon as it goes to 0.08 they sell some shares to push it down to 0.075 to make sure it stays at this level.
But when it's at 0.075 they don't sell any shares.
Somebody has to be blind for not seeing what is going on.
I'm calling for an opportunistic offer at 0.22/share for a total of $CAN 100,000,000.
Buyer gets:
- all lands
- a gold reserve of 3,800,000 ounces
- a resource estimate of 6,000,000 ounces with potential of additional discoveries.
- several permits, licences
- 18,000,000 in cash.
Not a bad deal for the buyer if you ask me!
