The company is selling ip to keep alive, revenue is down the toilet , printing shares to cover costs, and borrowing 2.6 million from HPQ and the shares are down the toilet...But amazingly they arent selling powder to anyone . This notice has been sent to the Company and they have 90 days (3 months) in which to pay the fee.
After the fee is paid a patent number will be assigned and a date assigned for when it will be issued as an official patent.
Nothing wrong with the patents. Back and forth with examiner is part of the process.
The track record for PYR Patent applications are stellar. Amendments back and forth are always part of the process ...to protect the tech in the meantime as the process can be quite lengthy.
Long and strong HPQ!!
