NCU = undervalued? =possibly

NCU = undervalued? =possiblyBut by how much ? And how much recovery is possible?

NCU was trading at approximately $7 ( on post consolidation basis when PALA took control). Thus to get excited about the stock getting back to 70 cents does not say much.

However to go from  40 cents to 70 cents is a nice gain such that it all depends where one bought in!

I was an owner when PALA came into lead the company . Luckily I sold some at  26 cents    or 2.60 using the new system
.
There is a story here and it still has yet to runnnnnn
