It wasn't Cresence's EGF. They were involved in that. They could have outbid Bioasis out of petty cash.

Was it Midatech that they wanted? Then why bring Bioasis into the deal? I suppose that bringing Bioasis in could be thought of in the context of LT and The Placee bringing value to Midatech and its shareholders in a benevolent takeover.

But I think it was most likely xB3 that was wanted. As a platform, xB3 could spawn opportunities that could be shared among all of the players, and I think that those xB3 opportunities were what LT and The Placee wanted most of all.

I think we should also want them.
