CRE and the Lassonde CurveWish I was a more "sophisticated" poster -- I wanted to repost something from CEO.ca -- one poster this morning (avanzalg -- tks avanzalg...) shared an interesting graph of the Lassonde Curve and suggested where CRE may be sitting....I agree with the post....and it suggests we sit at the bottom end of a significant value creation period/stock price appreciation period.
Its taken 7-10 years for many of us investors to get here....looks like we may be at the precipice of the value gains we all hoped for -- validated further by the Lassonde Curve interpretation.
I'd love to hear your thoughts (again, apologies for not being able to repost...pls go to the other site and check out the graph)
As for timing of the financing -- it would not surprise me at all to lock something in in Q1 and have the money flow in Q2 or Q3.....very much like us small fish buying a house where we lock in a deal in January and close the deal after we negotiate bank financing two or three months later....this is just a few hundred million more than all of our houses (lol)
