Are there any lawyers out there?

Are there any lawyers out there?Q- For the sake of arguement, lets say that the rumors of Grade Smearing are true. Lets say that Hole 02 actually has 3m of 43.47 g/t, but does NOT have 121.5m of 1.31 g/t (starting at 102m) and lets say that Hole 03 does have 1.5m of 246 g/t, but does NOT have 51m of 7.3 g/t (starting at 88.5m). In this scenario could investors proceed with a "class action" type lawsuit? Could they recoup any losses and even take over ownership of this company? I am not a lawyer and am not familiar with this type of law. Any opinions would be appreciated. Disclosure- I am not an investor but find it hard to believe that if Grade Smearing allegations are true, that the company can just carry on business as usual.
