But does it matter whether LT is really pursuing BTI? At this point, BTI has no money, no real ability to raise money and debt obligations that are coming due soon. I do not believe there is any value in their platform and i think the market has been telling you that for years. But that, imo, may not even matter. I am no sure how this company continues to operate over the next few months. I don't see any white knight coming to save them.
