Stamp was dealing with a shareholder base that doesn't even tune in. Only 35.6% of the shareholder base even voted. With ~62.5% of the vote for various resolutions he almost got it done despite the absent shareholder base It didn't take many worked up into a frenzy about the share count with no appreciation of the asset base to throw the vote. It reads more lke a market failure than a failure of vision. Democracies roo can fail when nn one cares to vote anymore.
