That's what Rathjen said: 'There needs to be a shakeup'. She's tried to bring in Ladenberg Thalmann and Armistice Capital to finally get a competent shareholder base, get scale to interest serious capital, get listed on NASDAQ, and potentially get US$20 million cash to get to key milestones.
