RE:RE:RE:Same old gamesIt is very common to see folk concerned about manipulation when the stock is not where they'd like it to be. I personally don't harp on it too much because there is not much that I can do about it, and unfortunately trading platforms unable such actions despite the regulators' role to reduce manipulation. My view is that when a company does something worthy considerable investment, any walls will be cleaned up.
If that 350K offer is a "wall", imagine TEI signing a mega contract (and a sign of new beginning) worth a much higher share price. An investor picks up that wall, and the manipulator is out those shares moving up. Bluff called...them's the risk but they hope to have made money traded for a long time for pennies when they miss something.
Manipulators want to make money, and they can equally do so on the upswing. Sometimes they can be your friend, most often your enemy because it is easier for companies to underperform than overperform.
Short story, best cure for some manipulation is consistent, good management performance. In the meantime, it is the fact of life not worth harping on, unless you wish to build a case and pursue it with regulators, whose interest and resources are likely limited.
Hopefully sales news tomorrow! ;-)
