Talk about a loaded question. The answer is most definitely not good but, the negatives are pretty much all priced in at this point.  meh..

Here's a counter for you to chew on. 

What happens if the, "It's not over until it's over", reasoning of the SNC Lavalin decision applies and Auxly's timelines for notice are proven appropriate?

Sometimes, no news is good news.... Or is it???

Leave it to a bunch of lawyers to ride the fine line on an ambiguous question.
