If this is deliberate, I would see it as a cap in terms of wondering why someone with a larger amount of shares would want to sell them.  What do they know that I don't?

Who knows.  If spectacular news comes out, the wall won't matter...the person will either remove it or someone who wants a larger amount of shares will say thanks.
