Deletion did not have any effect.
Worst is over and so is market negative reaction which is always the case e.g. ALA and many others.
With $260 million saved by Divi cut this now safe.
If Kentucky does not go through, they should be able to Buy back shares.
Those expecting it go to $8(Including RBC), may be disappointed.
