RE:RE:RE:Tony Makuch CEO FCF at $22 seems to be about 3$ per AgEq.

From what I saw in the PFS, a good portion of the revenue is coming from by-products, so the profit is also subject to those metals.

I know that silver and gold projects mostly use a 5% discount rate, but in this case, seems like less then 50% of the revenue is coming from silver or gold.  Is 5% really appropriate?  Can it really be compared with other pure silver/gold plays?
