if the next 90 AB +/-/> 30%
Do the math on whether 170+ 90 "confirms" > 10% on 170+ 150 even if the last 60 (of which 20 are control) all die.

of course a CMO is always going to say the Trial will go to the end. Not kosher to say otherwise.
It's up to the FDA and the FDA ONLY. My guess is that there is a 75% chance they might be persuaded
