RE:RE:A little curious

RE:RE:A little curiousThere is absolutely no need to be curious nor confused MaterialsMan.
After all, this was foretold of within The Northern Graphite Company announcement of it's JV  supply and commercialization patnership with Graphex Technologies LLC.

NGC's intention to together build, with "invited" additional JV comercialization partners of course, a 2000,000 tpa graphite battery anode materials "supersite" processing and manufacturing facility within Baie Comeau, Quebec, Canada, very much spelled out precisely what the JV commercialization business model would be.
Not many understood the magnitude of such a Baie Comeau development at the time and even Nouveau Monde Graphite shareholders and stakeholders probably sat there poo-pooing what was afoot for Northern Graphite Corporation and it's partner Graphex Technologies LLC.

By the way,  you can forget all that Graphex Group research and balance sheet confusion you spoke to; it's entirely irrelevant.
As I stated previously, Graphex Technologies U.S. LLC is only onbligated to the terms of the exclusive and perpetual proprietary technological processes and equipment licensing agreement provisioned by the Hong Kong situated Graphex Group Ltd. That's it period

Given NGC's Namibian project coming on line quite soon and the intention on the part of both NGC and Graphex Technologies to expand the JV supply comercialization partnership to NGC's Namibian graphite mining and processing operations, doing so to supply the European graphite BAM requiring battery cells manufacturers supply chain, Gratomic Inc (GRAT:TSXV) with it's Namibian graphite mining operations, was always a most natural fit and a obvious partner to join both NGC and Graphex Technologies LLC in what is to be a globally spanning, 200,000 tpa manufacturing capacity graphite feedstock processing and BAM manufacturing facility within Baie Comeau, Quebec.

Many can't imagine (
or maybe you can, being a "MaterialsMan" and all) which specific Quebec based company is about to provide it's end to end logistics and other requisite investments and supports toward necessarily furthering a joint Quebec provincial government and Canadian federal government funded and jointly promoted globally shining beacon of "a Canadian legacy project".
It's a Northern Graphite Corporation spearheaded project and you'd also be fortunate to see the opportunity slowly unfolding before you.
