RE:RE:RE:RE:Speaking of Caps....Got it, the Supplemental Petroleum Tax..SPT...THe Trinidad Express article indicted it was up for a revision...hopefully that has been enacted ?.....to our benefit as a small producer at least currently, perhaps that is why PB xpressed concern about it, if we become not so small eventually.


 Easy to see I am grasping to make sense of it all .!
