RE:better than LYNASPotentially Energy Fuels will want to lock down REE feedstock for the longer term since they could be a strategic investor. The MC for this resource is way too low, and management is being prudent to slowly advance until the sector gains some momentum. If this was a uranimum play the MC would be $150M not the ridiculous $20M current ... so on valuation the SP could be 3 to 5x just on market sentiment or with a strategic player to give it some attention. A buy out would make sense too but not at the current SP. I have a good position and  am happy that management are being prudent with cashflow. It needs an external force (funding) to propel it forward given the barriers of CAPEX.
