I had a pleasant exchange with Mr Weir and it sounds like with all the malarky behind us we are back to the permitting process. Now that we know the previous documents were forged we are still awaiting a signed permit to move forward.

Taking a look at the political situation in Madagascar there is an election at the end of the year. A new mining minister was appointed last spring, and a new legal framework is being implemented. I imagine this will be a priority in an election year as politicians want to be seen doing something for economic growth. Given the success NEXT Source is having with its graphite mining operations in the country I have cautious optimism (though somewhat tempered) that we could see DNI trading again in the summer if those permits finally get signed.
