Not sure why so many keep bringing up the nasdaq listing and looking at like it is a light at the end of a tunnel. Lisa could do it right now if she wanted to, it is not that hard. It costs time and money, do a stock split to meet the share price requirements, add a couple of people to the board if needed and Bob's your uncle.

I have seen this done many times already, however only the good solid company's with laser focused management teams benefit from this move. Sorry but I don't think we are there, yet. The financials, the financials, the financials, nothing more to say.
