Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. Well, wait a second, beenthere. We gotta be a little careful with this one.

A) I'm just asking some questions there. I'm not saying that Bioasis failed to discose something, unless that something is true.

B) That being the case, we still have to wonder why there wasn't greater clarity put into the wording of the agreement and "an event of default."

C) Maybe DrDR and the lawyers missed it, or misunderstood it.

D) Maybe what I'm suggesting it might be is exactly what it is.

If (D), then then we shall define "bunch of Slease," as you put it.
