I don't agree. The private U.S. firm is in financial crisis and has no product after many years of research. Buying the failing company with common shares dilute our share value. Dilution alone is a bad news to shareholders....for a failing company....now we have one more company burning cash with no revenue. Where are we going to get cash for operation? Private placement might be the only solution, which means more and more dilution to our shares...
