RE:RE:RE:Sunrise on track to make money next time Haley' comet passesNo worries TTM2 there is no such thing as a bad O&G stocks right now. just pos owners like cheedledic.

The bad ones were all gobbled up.

ARX really isn't maxing out the Attachie land they have now and according to mhp the Kakwa either.

Do you really think they need more?

I would rather ARX got gobbled up rather than do any gobbling right now.

GLTY and all

You would invest in ARX because it is the best buy for your money. (and that includes that pos crew that the db cheedledic is invested in and is sucking like an open chest wound)

You don't have a choice.  Shut up already.

  1. Drill the best economic wells in your portfolio and increase the plant utilizaiton at Kakwa
  2. Build Sunrise plant for processing dry gas boes 1/3 the values of boes at Kakwa

Quickest Return
  • Well it would take a years before you get back the plant investment in Kakwa, Drilling more wells at Kakwa will likely retrun 2X your investment in the first year.

  • The 100 million dollar plant only add 80 Mmcf, which is a marginal increase in production for Sunrise, adding 4000 boe of productin at Kakwa would generate better returns. 100 million dollars would like add 5-10 time the value if spent at Kakwa.

  • More money on a postage stamp play, Sunrise is supported by 35 section of land, Kakwa alone is 500,000 acres, with lot of addition land to the north and south. Really a waste of capital on a marginal resouce base.

Really time for a new management teams that is not tied to ARX marginal assets.

IMHO

Hey Quin,  I also hold Crew and it's well worth the investment.  Their acreage is awful close to Arc's so you might go easy on them.  I fully support Arc buying them out ASAP.
