i might also add - from a permitting standpoint, does anyone really believe they would be spending all that money from a govt standpoint to build bridges and roads to casino if not for this eventually turning into a mine?!!?
one other bit of wisdom, when people say we didn't include anything other than phase 1 in the NPV, it's because most people are idiots. They think 1M ounces mined in 50 years is worthless whereas 1M ounces mined in 5 years time is very valuable....all a result of the discount factor. I believe 1M ounces of gold in 5 years is worth the exact same as 1M ounces in 50 years. I believe $1.9B fiat in 5 years is worth much different than $1.9B fiat in 50 years (and unfortunately so does NPV)!
