The lack of insider buying or selling has always been puzzling.
No insiders bought during the COVID lows in 2020 when it was in the 20's. We only had one insider sell shares in the 2016 BNN run up. Insider activity has not been a useful signal to investors just due to the lack of any real buying or selling activity.
Who believes in this? Is the technology real and disruptive? I take my cue from the subject matter experts and results to date;
1) Dr. Ask: he is very enthusiastic on the potential of Y-BG, and we hear his excitement on reprogramming macrophages
2) UofA bioavailability results with CoQ10 and PGX carriers, we have 3 - 4X the absorption vs. the gold standard
so as a delivery system, there definitley is something real here that is waiting to be commercialized.
There's other results such as improved would healing (improved burn wounds on mice that were treated with PGX ibuprofen hydrogels) which shows another potential application of PGX tech.
Beyond PGX we have the potential of AV to which we've seen Pepsico sponsor a study a few years ago with Ceapro with positive results, and there is abundant work that researchers say support that AV as an anti-inflammatory deserves a clinical study. A study that MHI should have results by year end.
