RE:StockCopperHi jclarke
I think the answer from
Oakie 1 is probably right. Something has to up because
the value of materials even with the long term base case prices is $30.7 B USD
my calculations are -------------------------------
Copper $4.50 or approx $3.36 US
Molybdenum $17.50 = $13.05 US
Gold $2,125.00 = $1,585 US
Silver $27.50 = $20.5 US
-----------------------------------------------------
Quantities come from
IN USD $
Gold
6.95 M oz * 1,585 = 11,015,750,000 = 11 B
Silver
36.09 M oz * 20.5 = 739,845,000 = 740 M
Copper
4.27 B lbs * 3.36 = 14,347,200,000 = 14 B
Moly
346 M lbs * 13 = 4,498,000,000 = 5 B
Total = 30.7 billion
$ 2.33 billion CAD seems very small even with all the taxes and setup costs.
Note: I ran out of time drilling into the actual costs, it was difficult to follow so I will make another attempt and lookout for the issue Oakie 1 mentioned.
