DSV vs. CUU

DSV vs. CUUWhich one would you rather own?  DSV just released their PFS to show how profitable this mine will eventually be.  1.2B NPV, 28% IRR, 1.1B Ag eq resource (measured and indicated ) with capex of $400M.  A clear timeline for the BF study and a production decision within 18 mo.  50M in cash and no need to raise further funds until a production decision. Also alot of unexplored ground on their property yet to be explored which will be drilled this year.   A clear timeline to a production decision and once that decision is made ( no brainer imho ) the stock will rerate to be valued at least the NPV in line with their peers.  If Ag prices go up between now and then the sky's the limit on the sp!  Also run by Tony Makuch,  former CEO of Kirkland Lake Gold, who transformed it from a 1B market cap company to over 10B.   Proven track record!

Now contrast this with CUU.  No clear timeline for even a PFS on SC or VD.  Running low on cash.  Run by management who time after time failed to meet deadlines and no proven track record ( at least none that I can find for Elmer )   NPV on SC of 800M with capex of close to 3B.   Which one would you RATHER OWN?   NO BRAINER IMHO.
