Gold Reserve Ltd., formerly Gold Reserve Inc., is an exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mining projects. The Company owns certain wholly owned mining claims known as the LMS Gold Project (the LMS Property), together with certain personal property. The LMS Property is situated approximately 20 kilometers (km) north of Delta Junction, and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska in the Goodpaster Mining District. The LMS Property, located in Alaska, remains at an early stage of exploration with limited annual on-site activities being conducted by the Company.

RE:RE:Why is the stock slowly rising?A small update. As it turns out, Camac *is* buying shares on the open market. Check this out: https://www.5iresearch.ca/company/tsx-v/GRZ.

According to that site (which I have no reason to doubt), many of the tiny transactions are buys by Camac: 1000 on Jan 23, 2023; 32300 on Jan 18, 2023; 5768 on January 17, 2023; 18500 on January 11, 2023; and so on. I think that this site is listing sales in CAD and in USD, and is not making a careful distinction there. In any case, according to that site, Camac has bought 381623 shares in the public moarket since November 14, 2022. Their largest buy since Nov 14 was 87900 shares, and their smallest buy since Nov 14 was a tiny 100 shares. Going back to October 3, 2022, they even have a buy of 17 shares.
