The Company is engaged in the development, delineation and production of condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and natural gas reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Pipestone and Wapiti areas of the Alberta Deep Basin (Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. The Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200 m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500 m. It has non-core operations in three additional areas of Alberta (non-core properties outside the greater Wapiti Montney area).

RE:TodayWell I am sure if Nuttal will not be permitted to dump his NVA nor would he want to. Ninepoints has about 13 million shares of NVA, POU has over 37 million. 

I could see Nuttal selling all his shares to POU right now for 12.50, that would make POU roughly 25% owners in NVA. 

Come to momma baby.

It would be a win win, they are in the same area in some cases like Bilbo the land butts up to each other.

My guess it that all JR has to do is find a good spot of Jonathan, and have a group hug and the deal will be done.
