RE:RE:Alex Pernin, Chief Executive Officer von Star Royalties

IMO Giulio for some reason never really wanted to move forward though. They did a presentation in Edmonton, I can't remember if it was 2018 or 2019, stock was 10x higher and for some reason he said he was in no rush to move into production... it was weird and I remember thinking things would go south - which they obviously did.

they kept trying to renogiate better deals instead of just proceeding with what they had and going for it. Any one of the deals with Pandion, sprott, whoever would have been fine, the worst thing they could have done (and did) is nothing.

The last time I talked to him just this last summer summer he was talking about having other opportunities presented to him that he was working on, and couldn't blame him for going after them. I had said no, a CEO has a fiduciary obligation to move their company forward and not chase things on the side, and that was the last I talked to him before he stepped away. Obviously not because of what I said, I do not have that kind of pull but at least he came to the same conclusion.

A new CEO for Sabre was definitely required, it was basically on autopilot and set to nose dive lol. It still has all the ingredients for something special, just needs someone with a little passion that wants to make a name for themselves to take over.
