RE:RE:Nov qtr fins on sedarI was giving the benefit of the doubt to JG for a long time but I see in Nov he still incurred $75k/q or par for course of $300k/year.

I trust peoples actions more than words and if the company prefers its cash to be in their pockets and not into doing everything they can to ensure the tech gets out the door that says a lot about how much they actually believe the tech can or has a chance of success.

Like I said, March it is. It will be purely symbolic since Greg Kofford and whoever else bought this will be trying to gradually get rid of their shares and want at least some facade of a business with prospects so buyers will be there to unload them on, and do not want to see their money disappear if the Co goes belly up. IOW our vote won't meant much, but I'll make that vote anyway.
