100% disagree. I hope there is no bid, which I've been saying for a couple years. But, if there is one, the price will be whatever shareholders accept. There is no magic formula. I've seen bids at double the last trade and I've seen bids at less than the last trade. There are no big blocks of shares disclosed on sedi and as far as I know Eric is the largest single shareholder. Never say never but I'd be completely shocked if Eric endorsed or "locked up" at anything near $3.75. If there was a bid, at any price, every major and midsize oil company in the world would evaluate making a bid. It's like last call at the bar, and there's only one girl in a room full of cowboys and sailors. $3.75 might be the first bid, which I doubt will come close, but at that price it won't be last bid. Not with the data we have on hand today. And double heck-no after annual update and Q1.
