What I don't get about these insiders or less intelligent people like NoShorts who fell for their promotional speeches; so you tell me this stock was such a good buy all along ( from $ 9 to $2.50 ) but not on insider actually bought during that time and no funds or institutional investors came close to it ??
Larry - how exactly do you know that no funds or institutional investors bought the stock? lol. there's no way of you knowing that.
re: insiders - WELL discloses that as at December 30, 2022 insiders and Li Ka Shing combined own 26% of the float or 59MM of the 229MM shares O/S. that's a very reasonable % of ownership for a stock with this market cap. even if they got cheap shares before the run up, they are still very reasonably invested in the company.
https://well.company/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/factsheet.pdf subsequent to December 30th, the COO sold 1.8MM shares. it says Private Sale so we have no idea where they went. could have been a "sale" to a Family Trust similar to the transfer that the CEO made. even if this was an open market sale, and the COO no longer controls these shares, it would still have Insiders + Horizons owning 25% of the float.
