Clinical studies have indicated that CoQ10 supplementation may decrease the level of cardiovascular fibrosis to which older individuals are subjected, and thereby improve cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of cardiovascular associated mortality."
So we have PGX-YBG which is anti-fibrotic and can bind to macrophages and be delivered throughout the body, including to the heart. PGX-YBG could also deliver CoQ10 with it and CoQ10 is antifibrotic. Aging has been implicated in fibrotic damage to various organs, including the heart. >40% of deaths are also due to fibrosis. Could it all come together? Could PGX deliver a therapeutic and long lasting dose as a treatment for aging related fibrotic damage?
Interesting paper here, the depiction of the stages of IPF and where loaded Y-BG can be used is obvious both as a prophylatic and therapeutic.
