I'm sure the other 4 million can pay management salaries for a few more months.
Why would we stop drilling when the equipment is there and we have all this cash? That would be money well spent I think if we want the share price to go up. Why not do it while we have this big wad of cash? This seems like a terrible price to be raising money.
Why wait until next fall? Just keep going!
Keep drilling. Take 5 million of the 9 million.
And 2500 more ounces this quarter. That's a few million more in cash flow after costs.
We are rich.
You can ask your questions to Rob Dufour... perhaps he will give you a crash course about budgeting and finance 101. I guess that promotion, engineering Goldboro mill, working on permitting, putting P R in care and maintenance and any other activities a company with over 100 employees has to deal with cost money, right?
As for drilling, if you do not want to waste ca$h in the ground just drilling holes for nothing, you need to sit, analyse the results and prepare the next round of drilling by maximizing the chances to find gold and delineate the deposit. In order to do that, you need the results from the lab. Back in 2011, Osisko did the mistake of drilling at the wrong place and spent lot of ca$h trying to find gold in a virgin spot. They terminated the joint venture after that costly mistake.
I heard that they might have received, or will receive soon, the results of the first holes they sent to the lab. We should have a NR about those first holes soon. Windeoc said the following in his January 21 field report :
Gossip
"ya they finished this round. They hit some some nice gold on the second last hole in West Goldbrook"
Cant reveal my sources
So the big hit hole might come in the second batch of results, not the one to come.
