Come on. Remove your blinders and don't be ignorant. Latin/South America is having major societal,  fiscal, monetary and govt issues right now. Ask anyone who operates a resource mine in the territory. It is becoming impossible to do business. Meir warned you 5 years ago. Continue your denial at your own peril.
