Yes - there have been real delays....but I challenge anyone here to try and get a permit for a mining project delivered on time anywhere in this country.
I for one appreciate that disclaimer -- it tells me that our mgmt are not being dictated by a calendar...they are working on the best deal and if that best deal take an extra two, three or four weeks...so be it.
As for not guaranteeing the outcome -- that is boiler plate lawyer language and is the responsible thing to communicate as a company....because, lets face it, we live in an unpredictable world where anything can happen -- and this uncertaintly creates selling reasons for some who panic and buying opportunities for others who have patience and can deal with this level of uncertainty.
If you want to own a promotional project -- probably you should go elsewhere??
