Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. The Company is engaged in the development of its xB 3 platform, which is a peptide-based technology, for the transport of therapeutic agents, in particular biological products, across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). I will only believe it when I see a press release.

With all due respect, my man, how did you come by this information? This information is material to the company due to its current position --insider information prior to it being released to the public-- not at all legal. Also seems rather convenient that this is coming right before the end of voting for the AGM.
